TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)

The total number of calories your body burns in a day.

Updated

TDEE represents all the calories you burn in 24 hours, including BMR (basal metabolic rate), NEAT (non-exercise activity), TEF (thermic effect of food), and EAT (exercise activity thermogenesis). Knowing your TDEE helps you set calorie targets for your goals. Online calculators provide estimates, but tracking your weight and intake over time gives more accurate data.
