Updated

Lean body mass is everything in your body except fat - muscle, bone, organs, and water. Tracking LBM changes helps distinguish between muscle gain and fat gain. The goal of body recomposition is to increase LBM while decreasing fat mass. LBM is calculated from body fat percentage.
